Wave 1: 9 of 10 places left.

The legal side of your company in one place.

Enter your NIP (Polish tax ID) and Lexbee pulls your company's data from the Polish registers. It then tracks the deadlines in your contracts and resolutions, shows the changes in Polish law that affect your documents, and answers with sources. A lawyer is one click away.

Lexbee is for companies and professionals only, so we start with the NIP. Then your email address and a code from the message, no password. You activate the subscription after setting up your profile.

  • Deadlines are calculated by tested code, not by AI
  • Every sentence from the assistant has a source
  • A lawyer at a price you know before you order

How it works

From NIP to your first deadline in a minute.

Four steps. The first is a single field.

  1. Enter your NIP

We pull data from the KRS (National Court Register) and the VAT taxpayer whitelist. You get a ready company profile and a calendar of obligations, with nothing to retype by hand.

  2. Add your documents

Contracts, terms of service, privacy policy, articles of association. Every document has a version history, and every contract also gets a card: term and notice period.

  3. Lexbee keeps watch

Deadlines from statutes and contracts, changes in the law linked to your documents, and email reminders. The buttons in the email work without logging in.

  4. A lawyer in one click

Next to every deadline, document and change in the law there is "Ask a lawyer". You know the scope, the price and the day of the answer before you order.

What you get

One company context. Every feature draws on it.

Deadlines calculated by code

Contract notice periods, shareholder meetings, financial statements, CRBR (Central Register of Beneficial Owners). Every date comes with a step-by-step calculation and its legal basis under "Show the calculation".

Changes in the law, next to your documents

We track bills in the Sejm, the Dziennik Ustaw (Journal of Laws), EUR-Lex, and decisions of the UODO and UOKiK. We match them to your company profile and show which of your documents refers to the act being amended.

Documents with versions and a contract card

The contract card shows parties, term, notice and penalties. You also get a paragraph-by-paragraph version comparison and a trash from which you can restore a document for 30 days.

Your company without spreadsheets

Shareholders and the share register, the management board with terms of office, resolutions with their KSH (Commercial Companies Code) requirements, meetings and profit distribution.

A lawyer one click away

An order has its scope, price and response day known up front. The lawyer sees only what you attach to the order.

Start with one field

Enter your NIP, and your company profile and calendar of obligations appear within a minute.

Reserve your place

Who it's for

For companies with users and shareholders.

For technology and internet companies registered in Poland: SaaS, apps, online shops and marketplaces, including those owned from abroad. From two founders to a 200-person company with no in-house legal team.

  • Founders and management

You know when to terminate a contract, what majority a resolution needs and what to sign. You decide in seconds, and you can check the basis under "Show the calculation".

  • Operations and finance

You upload the contracts, and Lexbee takes care of the deadlines and the email reminders. The buttons in the email work without logging in.

  • Lawyers and law firms

An order with scope, price and response time agreed up front, plus the company context in a few sentences. No email back and forth.

Core and modules

You start with the core. You add modules when you need them.

  • Core

    In the beta

Company profile from the registers, documents, deadlines, changes in the law, the assistant, lawyer orders and notifications.

  • Company

    In the beta

Articles of association as data, share register, management board, resolutions, meetings, profit and dividend.

  • Contracts

    In the beta

A contract repository with cards and deadlines, notice windows, and counterparties from the registers.

  • Product and customers

    In preparation

Terms and policies as living documents, and customer cases: complaints, withdrawals, GDPR requests.

Poland sets the deadlines, wherever you are

If you own or run a company registered in Poland, Polish law sets your deadlines, even when you are abroad: financial statements, shareholder meetings, CRBR (Central Register of Beneficial Owners) filings, and changes in the law that touch your contracts and terms. Lexbee tracks them on the Polish side, from the registers and your documents, and a Polish lawyer is one click away.

The app is in Polish for now, and the documents and legal acts it works on are Polish too.

Source before sentence

How Lexbee avoids made-up answers.

The language model is not our source of knowledge. It pulls facts from the texts we give it and builds sentences from them. Code checks the facts and provisions, code does the arithmetic, and a person makes the decision.

Every AI result is a proposal

Proposal

Increasing the share capital by amending the articles of association requires a shareholders' resolution passed by a two-thirds majority of the votes.1

Provision verified in the consolidated text

The decision stays with you. You choose how certain you want to be.

Approve
You assess the proposal yourself and accept it.
Confirm with a lawyer
A lawyer reviews the proposal and confirms it under their own name.
Order
A lawyer carries out the task, with scope and price known up front.
  • Every sentence has a source

The number next to a sentence leads to a quote from a statute, from your document or from your company data. Code checks each quote word for word before we show it.

  • Code does the arithmetic

Tested code calculates dates, deadlines, voting majorities, shares and amounts. Any number in an assistant answer must come from a calculation or from a quote.

  • Provisions with their legal status

We check each provision against the current consolidated text. You see whether it is verified, whether an amendment has come out since the consolidated text, and whether it has been repealed.

  • A person decides

An AI result is always a proposal with the buttons "Approve", "Confirm with a lawyer" and "Order". An answer confirmed by a lawyer carries the lawyer's name.

How this answer was produced

Under every assistant answer there is a path from the sentence to its source. You can follow it yourself, and the lawyer sees it when confirming.

  1. 1. Sentence

with a source number next to it, not a list at the end

  2. 2. Quote

verbatim, with its location: article, paragraph, page

  3. 3. Source

the act with its legal status, your document in its version, or your company data

  4. 4. Approval

who approved it and when, and for a lawyer, their name

Absence is a result too. When the model found nothing, we write "the model did not point to one", not "there is none".

Real examples

Three changes in the law you can check at the source.

This is how items look under "Changes in the law". The title, reference number and dates come from official sources, and the link goes straight to them.

AI and data

What goes to the model and what does not.

We say plainly how Lexbee uses AI. The details are in the privacy policy.

  • Analysis of legal acts

Only the public text of the act goes to the model, with no company or personal data.

  • Assistant and contract card

They work only after your company consents. The model receives the question and the company data needed to answer it, and for the contract card, the text of the contract.

  • We replace personal data with placeholders

PESEL (Polish personal ID number), ID card and bank account numbers, people's emails and phone numbers, and names not in the company profile are replaced before sending. This works by rules and may not catch everything, so do not upload special-category data.

  • Model provider

Claude, a model from Anthropic. Our contract is with Anthropic Ireland, and the data is processed in the United States. The provider does not train models on API data, and we do not train on company data.

  • Servers

The platform and database run on a server in the European Union. On that server Lexbee calculates deadlines, checks quotes and stores documents.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sign up to see Lexbee?

No. "See the demo" opens the sample company Chmurnik sp. z o.o. with made-up data. You can browse every screen, you cannot change anything, and we save nothing.

Does Lexbee replace a lawyer?

No. The platform gives you tools and information about your company. The legal service is provided by a lawyer, on your order or when confirming an answer, with scope and price stated before you order.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

We guard against it on several levels. Our AI does not calculate dates or amounts and is not a source. Every sentence has a source you can check, every result is a proposal for you to approve, and with one click you ask a lawyer to confirm.

Where is my data and who can see it?

On a server in the European Union. It is visible to the people you invite to the company, with the role you give them. A lawyer sees only what you attach to an order. What goes to the AI model is described in the "AI and data" section.

How much does it cost?

The beta is paid from day one. The first companies pay the founding price from the "Założycielska 15" section: a monthly subscription per company, net prices, no per-user fees, cancel at the end of the paid month. Lawyer orders are paid separately, at catalogue prices shown before you order.

Which companies is Lexbee for?

Only companies and professionals: at sign-up you enter your company's NIP and act on its behalf. It helps most for companies registered in Poland that have users and shareholders, meaning sp. z o.o. (limited liability companies), simple joint-stock companies and joint-stock companies in technology and internet businesses.

What happens when a wave fills up?

We add you to the waitlist and show your place in the queue. We open the next waves gradually. When you get a place in the beta, you receive an email.

See Lexbee on an example before you create an account.

The sample company has contracts, deadlines, resolutions and lawyer orders. Take a look, or reserve your place in the first wave right away.
